I’m a yoga teacher in Minnesota. I believe that through mindfulness, movement, and intention, we can develop a more compassionate relationship with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
I hope my classes are a space where you feel free to explore your inner world and get to know the deeper layers of your Self. My offerings are designed around being kind to your body and in your thoughts; and being true to wherever you are — simply by showing up.
